Prof. Dr. Paolo FORNASIERO

Professor in Inorganic Chemistry at the Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Trieste, Italy.
His scientific interests are in the field of material chemistry, with attention to the design and development of multi-functional metal-oxide nanosystems for their advanced applications in energy related material science and environmental heterogeneous catalysis.
At the NANOCON´17 conference he will give a plenary lecture Opportunities and challenges of well-defined nanocatalysts.

Dr. rer. nat. Lukáš
PALATINUS

Leader of the Group of electron crystallography, Institute of Physics, ASCR, Prague, Czech Republic.
His research activity is focused on the structure analysis of nanocrystals using electron diffraction methods. A method has been developed to the stage that permits determination of crystal structures from single nanocrystals with unprecedented accuracy and reliability.
He will present this method at the NANOCON´17 conference in his plenary talk.
